I have been a Celiac for over 12 years and I have wanted a cookie that was Gluten Free that actually tasted like real food with out some funky after taste or creepy feel in my mouth.

Apples Bakery in Peoria makes the best cookies I have ever had! The Chocolate Cherry Ranch Cookie has bits of dried cherries all wrapped up in a dark chocolate cookie! AMAZING! The Coconut Melt-away is DELICIOUS as is the Molasses cookie and I also love their Chiop cookie assortment! They ship!
